Okay, fuck. This month's period has brought with it way more anxiety than I'm use to dealing with. I'm feeling it when I'm thinking about things I never get anxiety about. Hell, I'm getting anxiety thinking about all the anxiety I've been feeling. Avoidance seems to be the word of the day for the next few days.

My period started yesterday. Which just figures. It'd been psyching me out all weekend acting like it was going to start but of course my body chose the day of the full moon to start bleeding.
